We strongly advise customers to:

  • Secure all valuables, fragile items, and breakables before cleaning services commence.
  • Inform our team of any sensitive or easily damaged surfaces, antique furniture, or delicate fixtures prior to service.
  • Remove any high-value personal items or documents from the service area.

Au multi services is not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from inherent defects, pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or improper installation or maintenance of items within the property.
  • Damage caused using commercial-grade cleaning products on unknown surfaces where the customer has not advised of special care requirements.
  • Stains or damage that cannot be removed or resolved despite the application of professional methods and products.
  • Damage or loss due to access issues (e.g. customer failure to provide adequate access or security clearance).
  • Accidental movement or shifting of personal or decorative items that were not previously disclosed or adequately secured.

Third-Party Contractors and Equipment.

In some cases, we may engage third-party professionals or contractors to deliver specialised services such as pest control or carpet steaming. We are not liable for damage, delays, or errors caused by third-party providers. However, we only work with trusted partners who carry their own liability insurance.

Property Access and Utilities.

Customers must ensure that our team has safe access to the premises and that essential utilities (water, electricity) are available during service. We are not liable for incomplete service or delays resulting from a lack of access or utilities.

Force Majeure.

We shall not be held liable for failure to deliver services or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, accidents, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.

Use of Cleaning Agents.

We use industry-standard, high-quality cleaning agents and products. If the client requires specific non-toxic, eco-friendly, or allergy-safe alternatives, this must be communicated at the time of booking. We are not responsible for reactions or dissatisfaction resulting from failure to provide such notice.

No Guarantee of Results.

Although we aim to deliver the highest level of cleanliness and satisfaction, cleaning results may vary based on the condition of the property and materials. We do not guarantee restoration of heavily damaged, stained, or neglected items.

Indemnity.

By using our services, the customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Au multi services, its employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with use of our services, failure to follow pre-cleaning instructions, or breach of these terms.
